Luv Is Rage 2 established Lil Uzi Vert as a pop sensation. They don’t get enough credit for carving out a role as one of the leaders of this pop rap generation. After having this album for five years, it really makes me appreciate the vibe. Uzi gains momentum early with one of my favorite tracks “Neon Guts;” Lil Uzi Vert and Pharrell Williams combine to make a song that’s fun as hell to dance to. “XO TOUR Llif3,” to this day, remains my favorite Uzi song. The project wraps up with “20 Min (on the Deluxe version)” and serves as a perfect outro. The energy is always uplifting, even when they are pouring their heart out. The raw expression of emotions in their music are why they are so beloved by their fans. – Daniel (7.4/10)

Community Reviews:
Possibly one of the best rap albums of this generation. It has many amazing songs and all the features are great, especially The Weeknd. Yet, I always find this album difficult to listen to past the first tracks, as I get kinda bored and remember other albums exist. – @bxddddd (8/10)
I can see that most people find this as a fun pop rap trap album, and it is, but Uzi's vocals are very annoying sometimes—mostly when he just sings without finishing any words from hooks or verses. It's fun nonetheless, but some tracks like “444+222,” “Pretty Mami” or “Dark Queen” are horrible. There are some straight bangers on here though, like “The Way Life Goes,” “XO TOUR Llif3,” and the best song, "Neon Guts,” where Pharrell has the best verse on the whole album. – @keegan.rap (7.7/10)
